From Start to Finish
Initial Consultation & Planning
The first step in building a home with Rave Homes is to schedule an initial consultation with their team. During this initial meeting, you will discuss your vision, requirements, and budget for your new home. Rave Homes will then take this information and start the home build planning process.
Design & Customization
Once the initial consultation is complete, Rave Homes will work with you to design and customize your home. This process may include selecting floor plans, choosing exterior and interior finishes, and incorporating any specialized features or preferences you have for your home. Rave Homes will guide you through each step of the design process, ensuring your vision is brought to life while also staying within your allotted budget.
Home Construction
Once all necessary permits and financing are in place, Rave Homes will begin construction on your new home. Their team of professional builders will handle all aspects of the construction process, ensuring quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Throughout the construction process, Rave Homes will provide frequent updates and maintain open communication, so you are always aware of the progress being made.
Final Touches & Inspection
Once construction nears completion, attention will shift to finishing touches such as installing appliances, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, landscaping, and outdoor amenities. Rave Homes’ team will conduct a thorough home inspection, checking the quality and functionality of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure they meet all required standards. Upon successful inspection and all tasks completed, you will receive the keys to your brand-new home and Rave Homes will provide continued customer service and support as needed.
